Thanks to its soft natural bristles, it can clean plastic seed feeders without scratching them. The stem is made of strong rust-proof stainless-steel and makes cleaning the inside of tube feeders easy.
With so many birds visiting your garden it is essential that you keep feeders and accessories clean to reduce the risk of harmful bacteria building up, and to prevent the spread of disease through our wild birds. We recommend cleaning your bird feeders every 1-2 weeks at a minimum to keep the birds in your garden safe from diseases.
Clean your feeders with hot soapy water, leave to dry before refilling, and ensure seeds are fresh every few days. If you spot any mouldy seeds in the bottom of the feeder empty out the feeder and clean thoroughly.
Delivery:
Staying true to why we started Peckamix, we still make all our bird food to order in small batches and process it all by hand. This means your bird food is as fresh as possible and hasn't been sat in a warehouse for months. This does however mean we are unlikely to despatch your order same day as we need to make it for you! Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive.
Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery to most parts of the UK Mainland. Postcode exclusions apply, details can be found here.
For orders under £40 there is a £3.95 delivery charge.
Returns:
You have the right to return any unwanted goods up to a maximum period of 30 days after you receive the goods. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the goods at your own expense.
