Wild Bird Raisins
Raisins are full of natural sugars and vitamins, eaten by fruit loving birds such as Blackbirds and Thrushes.
They are best fed from the ground or a bird table, but should not be fed near cats and dogs as they are toxic to pets.
Ideally raisins should be soaked in water prior to feeding, especially during the spring and summer months to make them easier for young birds to eat, adults will also appreciate the extra moisture in warmer weather.
Do not feed raisins if pets have access to the feeding area.
