Returns & Refunds

At Peckamix we've tried to keep our returns policy simple. You have the right to return any unwanted goods up to a maximum period of 14 days after you receive the goods.

Order Cancellations & Returns

  • To cancel your order or return goods, we request you notify us in writing either by email or letter (contact details are on our Contact page). You can start the cancellation process by telephone but we require a written follow up so there is a record.

  • If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. Goods must be returned unopened, in a saleable condition and suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we have received and inspected the returned goods.

Delivery Delays

  • We aim to dispatch and deliver your order within the estimated timeframes; however, these are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods).

  • In the event of a delivery delay, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the courier confirms the consignment as lost. This may take up to 5 working days, depending on the courier's investigation process.

Damaged or Missing Goods

  • We take care to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, but if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately via the details on our Contact page so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
